Auditions for the Addams Family Musical

Starcatcher is thrilled to announce auditions for our upcoming musical “The Addams Family”! This is your chance to be a part of the team that rocked Jerusalem with the hit musicals “Heathers”, “Chicago”, “In the Heights”, “Into the Woods” and many more! Auditions will be held October 15th, 16th and 17th and performances will be in March 2024 in Jerusalem. Be sure to reserve your audition slot today by filling out the form below!

Looking for talented actors/singers/dancers. Weird is all relative “The Addams Family”!
Auditions will be held on:
Sunday, October 15th at 18:00 – 21:30
Monday, October 16th at 18:00 – 21:30
Tuesday, October 17th at 18:00 – 21:30

At the Jerusalem Arts High School – Yitzhak Elhanan Street (enter through Gan Hapaamon, from behind the gas station).
Performers between the ages of 15-99 are welcome to audition for any role (both ensemble and featured roles). Only limited roles will be open to younger performers.

Please prepare a song you can sing, preferably in the style of the show. We may ask you to sing a few bars from the show, so please also prepare something short from a song sung by the character you’re auditioning for. There are two accompaniment options:
1. Send your sheet music to our musical director ahead of time, so that she can accompany you: nogabarak97@gmail.com
2. Sing acapella or prepare a backing track for yourself (you can provide the link at the auditions, and we will play it for you)
Come ready to move and dance – everyone will be asked to learn a dance that will be taught at the audition. If you have relevant experience in theater, dance, music, etc. let us know!
This is a volunteer community theater production, produced with a live orchestra, costumes and scenery, in Jerusalem during March 2024.
